Rich Strike winning the Kentucky Derby, coming from way behind…. This is an epic reminder of the importance of training, biding one’s time, strategy, confidence, and going for it! Seems to me, creatives of all kinds are working on these aspects of their art and careers every day as they spend time deepening their craft, take classes, get critiques, research the market, gain confidence, figure out their best way to query and submit, and go for it!
